Oatmeal Brownies with honey, not sugar

ere's a super tasty treat that is also far more healthy that the typical brownie!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk (nonfat, whole, almond, soy, whatever you like)
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
- 1 Tablespoon flax seed (optional)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (at least)
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2 - Mix all ingredients
Combine everything into a large mixing bowl and stir.
Step 3 - Pour into baking dish
Place into a 9x13 baking dish
Step 4 - Bake for 40 minutes
Bake for
40 minutes or until a knife comes out cleanly.
